Wall Boxes for Heat RO System
AmeriWater’s Wall Boxes are specially designed to lessen common challenges healthcare professionals face in the day-to-day dialysis treatment setting. Our compartmentalized design lessens cross contamination opportunities while the removable shelf and sliding door provides ease in cleaning. Compartments are adequately sized to allow the end users to thoroughly clean each section. In addition, AmeriWater’s wall boxes are compliant with the State of Illinois plumbing code Section 890.740.
Boxes feature color coded dialysate additive ports, blue for bicarbonate and red for acid. The slanted face of the wall box allows for connections to cleanly drain and the waste to drain compartment is contained by a sliding door, preventing splashing and foaming. The drain is also angled to prevent wastewater from foaming up back into the compartment of the box.
The entire wall box is constructed of antimicrobial plastic, suitable for infectious control.
A wall box provides a clean connection option between your facility’s acid, bicarb, and/or ultrapure water lines and hemodialysis machines while keeping the waste to drain separate from these connections. The drain connection is designed to minimize and prevent foaming. They are available in several configurations to accommodate most dialysis applications. These wall boxes are specifically created for use with hot water disinfect reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
