What if you could make heat disinfection more convenient for your central dialysis water system? With AmeriWater’s Heat Valve Isolation Interface Kit, you no longer need to worry about the external devices connected to your loop during disinfection.

The Heat Valve Isolation Interface Kit is meant for use with the Heatsan Disinfection System. The Heat Valve Isolation Interface Kit isolates up to four external devices such as bicarb and acid mix devices that are connected to the loop. The kit isolates the external equipment from the loop when the central dialysis water system loop is in heat disinfection. Isolation prevents hot water from entering these external devices and preventing personal injury or equipment damage.

Isolation will also prevent a water loss alarm on the Heatsan during the disinfect cycle.
The Heat Valve Isolation Interface Kit has 4 valves that can be installed in the plumbing to send loop flow to equipment such as Bicarb Mixers, Acid Mixers, or wash out sinks requiring RO water.

Manifolds are designed for 3/4” or 1” PEX distribution loops. The manifold consists of a manual isolation valve, automatic isolation valve, and sample port for required monthly water sampling. AmeriWater offers a variety of valve manifold assemblies (sold separately) to fit your installation needs.
